Course Agreement
- Introduction
Welcome to The Etsy Selling Formula Course. Our goal is to empower sellers to expand their print-on-demand shops beyond their wildest dreams. This course is crafted to share actionable strategies and insights, helping you navigate and overcome challenges to achieve your e-commerce aspirations.
- Purpose of This Document
The Etsy Selling Formula Course Agreement (the “Agreement”) is rooted in transparency and honesty, outlining the mutual expectations and understanding of our collaborative relationship. If any provision of this agreement causes discomfort, we encourage an open discussion to align our expectations.
- Agreement Details
By engaging with Luna Vega Consulting Inc., incorporated in the United States, you accept these terms, forming a binding agreement between Luna Vega ("us", "we", "our") and you, the undersigned ("you", "your").
My Promise. Luna Vega will provide you with access to The Etsy Selling Formula Course. Our dedication is to empower and support you, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Term & Termination. This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and lasts until your course membership concludes, as outlined in Schedule “A”. Violations of the outlined expectations in Schedule “B” may result in Luna Vega terminating this Agreement effective immediately without any refunds or any continued working relationship with Luna Vega.
Participant Expectations. Success in this course requires commitment, honest communication, and a supportive community spirit. You are responsible for your progress and the outcomes of your participation. To achieve maximum results, Luna Vega asks that you commit to being supportive and uplifting, not only to yourself, but all others in the course community, and to communicate honestly, to be open to feedback, and to create and dedicate the time and energy to this membership to receive the best possible outcome. You are responsible for your own physical, financial, mental, and emotional well-being and actions that result from this program.
Cancellations & Refunds. All sales are final. There will be no refunds. Exceptions to this policy will not be made. Luna Vega reserves the right to remove you from the course if you are not meeting the expectations we’ve set out in Schedule “B” Expectations.
Services Provided. Enrollment grants you access to The Etsy Selling Formula FULL Course with lifelong access.
No Guarantees. Outcomes depend on numerous factors, including your effort. Thus, results cannot be guaranteed.
Responsibility. You are fully accountable for your actions and their impacts during and after the course.
Payment. Full details are provided in Schedule “A”. All prices are in US Dollars and all payments must be in USD through Stripe (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard). Tax is added for Canadian residents.
Communication. All course-related communication occurs within our membership platform or designated business emails. You may not contact Luna Vega outside of these perimeters.
Confidentiality: We maintain a confidential and safe environment. Your personal information will not be shared without written consent.
Ownership of Materials. All course materials are exclusively for your use and must not be redistributed.
Legal Provisions
- Jurisdiction. Governed by the laws of Washington state, United States.
- Severability. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement, superseding all prior agreements.
- Waiver. A waiver of any breach will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
- Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above.
- Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding.
- Counterparts. This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document.
- Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.
SCHEDULE “A” SERVICES + COST
The Etsy Selling Formula Course:
- Fee: $997 USD Pay-in-full (Evergreen Pricing)
- Access: Lifetime access to the course once purchased.
- Payment Method: Credit card via Stripe.
SCHEDULE “B” EXPECTATIONS
Violations of these expectations may result in immediate termination of this Agreement:
- No redistribution or repurposing of any course materials.
- No giving access to non-paying members to this course
- No bullying, harassment, or abuse towards other students and the course instructor in the program.
- Payment commitments must be honored.
