The Etsy Selling Formula Full Course Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between You, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," and Luna Vega Consulting Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Academy."

• No refunds are allowed, whether you make a full payment upfront or use a payment plan. This includes all payment methods, such as Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, and any other available options.

• The Customer shall abstain from copying, replicating, or using any branding, products, or services that Luna Vega endorses or employs in her own brands.
• Should there be any confusion or ambiguity regarding what might be deemed a "similar product," the Customer shall contact [email protected] for guidance prior to taking any actions.

Copyright and Proprietary Information:

• All materials shared within the Academy—including but not limited to videos, logins, information, and documents—are copyrighted and exclusively owned by the Academy.
• The Customer agrees not to download, distribute, share, or reproduce any of these materials. Violations will prompt legal actions to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Community Conduct:

• The Customer vows to maintain a positive demeanor and be a constructive influence on other Academy members, be it within private forums or any other mode of communication.
• Any student instigating disturbances, promoting external offerings without authorization, displaying negativity, or causing undue stress among peers will be expelled from the Academy without any compensation.

Limitations and Disclaimers:

• The Academy, Luna Vega, associated entities, and teams disclaim responsibility for any losses, damages, or failures the Customer may endure.
• The Customer's success or failure is contingent upon personal factors such as diligence, perseverance, effort, and execution using the Academy's resources.

Course Content:

• The Academy continuously revises its content and offerings, ensuring it stays current and relevant. Hence, materials and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.

Privacy and Data Protection:

• Luna Vega Consulting Inc. is dedicated to preserving the confidentiality of its students. As such, no personal data, including email addresses, contact numbers, or any other identifiable information, will be shared with third parties outside the enterprise.

Educational Intent:

• The Academy's offerings are strictly for informational and educational objectives. They should not be misconstrued as business advisories or guarantees of success.

No Guaranteed Outcomes:

• Successes and outcomes vary among students. The Academy offers tools and resources, but actual results are determined by the student's individual efforts, strategies, and discernment in building their online brand.

Termination Rights:
