Terms & Conditions: The Etsy Selling Formula Full Course

By checking the box next to this Terms of Use and clicking the "Purchase" button, you, as the student of The Etsy Selling Formula Full Course, whether through purchasing online or opting in via any promotional offer (hereinafter "you" or "Student"), agree and willingly purchase access to this program provided by Luna Vega Consulting Inc. (hereinafter "Luna Vega"). You understand that you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Luna Vega, inclusive of the following terms and conditions.

For good and valuable consideration as outlined below, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties, Student is electing to purchase access to The Etsy Selling Formula Full Course. In exchange, Luna Vega agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Outline below.

Program Outline

A.) Student agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing access to The Etsy Selling Formula Full Course, a comprehensive training program designed to help individuals build and scale their Etsy businesses using proven strategies and tools.

B.) Student acknowledges that he/she has read the program description and conducted any additional research necessary to feel confident in understanding the scope of what is included in the program. Student agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein, as well as any additional policies on the Luna Vega website.

C.) If at any time a Student is found to be disruptive, making disparaging or defamatory comments about the program, Luna Vega, or other team members, or otherwise negatively impacting the experience for other Students, Luna Vega reserves the right to remove such Student without refund. The Student understands this and acknowledges this is a suitable remedy for such actions.

Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property

A.) Student understands that one of the primary elements of enrolling in The Etsy Selling Formula Full Course is gaining access to proprietary teachings, strategies, and materials developed by Luna Vega. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal guidance, written templates, strategies, technical information, and other educational resources.

B.) Student agrees not to share, copy, distribute, or use any documents or proprietary materials provided in the program without express written permission from Luna Vega. Unauthorized use of the content for personal or commercial purposes will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

Testimonials

A.) Student understands and agrees that any commentary, feedback, or testimonials provided through the Kajabi Community platform, email, or other communication channels with Luna Vega may be used for promotional purposes.

B.) By participating in the program, Student grants Luna Vega a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use testimonials, feedback, or similar content in marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns without additional compensation.

C.) Student acknowledges that comments within the Kajabi Community may not be private, and Luna Vega reserves the right to use such content publicly if deemed beneficial for marketing purposes.

Payment and Payment Plans

A.) Payment Obligations:

• A one-time payment of $997 (USD), payable in full, or;

• Payment plans as outlined during checkout (if any).

B.) Payment Processing: Student agrees to render payment via Credit Card or other available methods on the Luna Vega checkout page. For payment plans, payments will be automatically deducted from the payment method on file.

C.) Late Payments and Fees: Failure to make timely payments will result in a $50 late fee. If payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, the remaining balance will still be owed in full, and access to the program will be revoked.

D.) No Payment Plan Cancellations: Payment plans are binding. Once the first payment is made, Students are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or satisfaction.

No Refund Policy. All Sales Are Final

A.) No Refunds After Purchase: Luna Vega Consulting Inc. only accepts serious entrepreneurs who are fully committed to investing in their education and business growth. Due to the digital nature of this course and the immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be permitted once payment is made.

B.) Acknowledgment of Commitment: By completing the checkout process, Student acknowledges that they have reviewed the program details, understand the scope of what is offered, and accept full responsibility for their purchase. No exceptions will be made for lack of participation, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances.

C.) Access Forfeiture: If a Student is found violating these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of materials or disruptive behavior, Luna Vega reserves the right to revoke access to the course without refund.

Voluntary Participation

A.) Student agrees that participation in the program is voluntary. Luna Vega cannot guarantee specific results, as success depends on individual effort, circumstances, and business factors.

B.) Any false or defamatory comments within the Kajabi Community or public forums may result in removal from the program without refund.

Disclaimer

A.) No Guarantees: Luna Vega does not guarantee results from participation. Outcomes are contingent upon the Student’s effort and external factors.

B.) Earnings Disclaimer: Testimonials and success stories shared during the program are individual results and not guarantees of financial success.

Program Access

A.) Lifetime Access to Main Course: Students receive lifetime access to the course materials available at the time of purchase. This does not include updates, new features, or access to future cohorts unless explicitly stated in the offer. If the course ceases to exist, so does the access to it.

B.) Limited Access to Bonuses: Bonuses such as membership access (e.g., Kajabi Community) are provided for a limited duration as specified in the offer. After the expiration date, access to these bonuses will end unless extended through a separate offer.

Dispute Resolution

A.) Good Faith Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations.

B.) Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami, FL, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.

Amendments

A.) Luna Vega reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Use as needed. Students will be notified of material changes via the email provided during enrollment. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
