Selling ShineOn on Etsy

There are 3 ways of listing ShineOn products on Etsy.

OPTION 1) SHOPIFY + CED COMMERCE

1. Create a Shopify store
2. Create a ShineOn account
3. Connect your ShineOn account with your Shopify store
4. Go to apps in Shopify and look for ‘CedCommerce Etsy Integration’
5. Create a CedCommerce account and connect with your Shopify
6. Connect your CedCommerce with your Etsy shop.
7. Once everything is connected you’ll be able to see the products you create on ShineOn on your CedCommerce app and you’ll have to publish them on Etsy.

OPTION 3) MANUAL ORDERS WITHIN SHINEON

1. Create your product listing directly on your Etsy app
2. Once you get an order you will have to manually fulfill on ShineOn app.

Adding your own MESSAGE card - You can follow these instructions and use these resources/mockups. Once finished, simply switch your product photos with the updated ones and send us the card design (1000x1000 px) via email together with your store name and the product name, and your products will always be accompanied by your custom card.

Adding your own design on the jewelry coins -The product customization process for selling your own design is currently done outside the app using these mockups and these instructions. As soon as your mockups are customized, you can replace the blank photos from your product listings with new photos. Additionally, to create the template for production, we would need to receive the SVG/PNG designs together with your store name and the product name.

1. If you have had your account suspended, here are four options for contacting Etsy to try and work it out. FIRST DO NOT BE ALARMED ANYTHING CAN TRIGGER ETSY BOTS.
2. First, call 844-659-3879, then email [email protected] and [email protected], then their chat. 
3. Politely let them know you're a human and that you're following the rules and would like your account reviewed and reinstated. Be prepared that reinstatement can take a week or two. 
4. FYI, if you're from India you have to be verified by an outside company and may have a hard time because of Etsy Payments.
5. Fight for your answer. If they give you the mean, "Don't contact us again" email then contact them again politely and firmly until you get an answer. There is no limit on how many times you can contact them.
